Malt extract syrup (non-hopped), can be added instead of 1 kg of sugar before first fermentation of 23 L of beer batch. Enriches the flavour of beer, is light-coloured. It is recommended for all light and dark beers.
The extract can also be the base for the production of beer, for the experienced home brewers, who wish to create a beer with particular hopping level and aroma.
