Restart yeast is a combination of active, highly alcoholising S. bayanus yeast and specialist nutrients, thanks to which it is possible to restart fermentation in wines and mashes. This yeast will restart arrested fermentation in batches with alcohol content of less than 10% - because of that, this product provides a chance to fix batches that are too sweet (at least 10°Blg) and have low strength.
